STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL. j NOTICE RE HEAVY TRAFFIC. r VHE following resolution was passed) by the Stratford County Council at a meeting held on the 11th day of April, 1924 "The Stratford County Council hereby resolves that, owing to weather f conditions, all County roa'Js situated within the County of Stratford and being under the care; control and management of the said Council, while fit for the transportation of any vehicle, engine or machine, which itself or together with any thing or things being transported thereon weighs -more than one and a half tons avoirdupois to eacn pair of wheels, are nevertheless unfit for heavy traffic as defined by the Public Works Act during the months of May, June, July, August and September, 1924; and hereby orders that heavy traffic as above defined shall cease on such roads during the said months."
