Mr Thomas Farrell, who for some time past ha s been teller at the Bank of Australasia’s Stratford branch, has received notice of his promotion to the Bank’s Auckland office and leaves for the north almost immediately. Mr Farrell’s unfailing coutesy has gained him many friends in Stratford, who will look forward to hi 8 success ia his new sphere. Mr C. C. Johnson ( at present on the Stratford branch’s staff, will bo promoted to Mr Farrell’s place.
