Rule 196.—Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering or endeavoring to enter a horse for any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall he deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these Rules, and to he barred from questioning, the action of the Conference, Appeal. Jpdges, Association, Club, Racing Club or body, Committee, Stewards. Officials, Agents, or Servants in respect of any such person or horse, or any. person, connected therewith otherwise than is, provided for in Part XXX. of the Rules ■' a copy of this 'Rule shall _be printed in all programmes, and printed and conspicuously placed at the entrance to every course. The Colours of the Rider or 'Driver must be sent in “at time of nomination, failing which a line of £1 will be imposed. All horses must he registered before nomination., and Provident Fund fee of- £1 for each horse must be paid direct to the Association (if not already paid). ■ Otherwise a fine of £5 will bo imposed.
