FLOODS IN SCOTLAND. Loudon, October 6. Parts of Scotland were devastated by wind and rain storms. The rivers Deo and Don were flooded, and the countryside for miles Was inundated by the worst floods since August, lS'/ r », when the Moray floods, in which tlio rivers Spoy and Findhnrii rose in smi i places by fifty fr-e-t, caused great loss to property and many lives. Shipping at Aberdeen suffered heavy damage, five drifters and two small steamers beig wrecked.
