Te Whare Reka, the confectionery and bakery store opposite the King's Cinema, lately conducted hy Messrs Le.'-.ter Bros., has now been taken (!-,Vr- hy 'Mesdames Rowsp and Heaven, ■ who announce by advertisement in this issue that they have full stocks of confectionery, and that fresh stocks of bread, cakes, etc., are received daily. Mr C. H. Hinman's subject at 8.10 p.m. Sunday night in Town Hall is: An open book closed and a sealed book opened. Mr Newton King advertises 120 2| to 3-year in calf heifers to be sold at his Inglewood sale on Wednesday next. Particulars appear in our advertising column. Room for two or three boarders at comfortable home advertised. Mr John Rogers, of Pembroke Road, notilies that he has withdrawn bis property from sale.
