THE "NEW DAY." PRESIDENT WILSON'S SUPPORT. (Received 11-20 a.m.) Washington, May 2. President Wilson has cabled to Mr Tumulty that the Labor programme is the most important accomplishment oF the New Day in which the interests of Labor will be systematically safeguarded and promoted. No single thing done at Paris will accomplish so much towards stabilising labor conditions throughout the world.
