It is reported from \ ilna that the Bolsheviks are carrying on a barbarous vendetta on the eastern borders of Poland. They impale their victims, cut off their npses and. ears, and bury some alive. Those spared are sent to concentration camps where they are brutally treated, being constantly liable to assassination. The Bolsheviks- , plunder and- burn homes and terrorise whole districts.
