The report of the delegation which inquired into the complaints regarding the inadequacy of the rest room, recreation .room, lack of water and lavatory conveniences, and the drying room for wet clothes at the King George Hospital, Rotorua, fqund that the..comments''were cpiite justified, as only the poorest njakP-shiits existed at the time when the complaints were made. Tl\e delegates conclude that hospital accommodation and equipment for at least one thousand patients at' the very least should be im’med.iately provided for the North Island, including first-class orjtliopaeuic equipment.
