Australia, (Jan ada, Ceylon, India, Jamaica, Natal, Orange River. South Sea Islands, and Transvaal Id each paper. If under Boz. sent by first available route; over Boz. sent by direct'steamer only ; unless specially addressed and paid at rate of Id for first loz, and id for each succeeding 2oz. All other places Id each under 4oz. and id each, extra 2oz. TELEPHONES. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invecargill, Napier. Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night. The other Exchanges chiefly from 9 a.m. and 5 p.m money orders, plus telegraph charge annual charge of £h. Charges. — At Exchange continuous ly open—Business establishments, £7, private residences £5 per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, £5 per annum. PARCEL POST.
