WATERGLASSED EGGS.
The. plan adopted by a successful (Australian, housekeeper will appeal to preservers:-—"! always take my eggs out of the waterglass after 'leaving them for a fortnight or three weeks i from the time the last one was put in the crock. I place them on straw, not touching each other. When quite j dry they can be stood one on top of another in any wooden box. They , keep practically any time. We are now poaching and boiling ours which have been out of the waterglass for over three months. When the eggs are boiled one ought either to prick them, or put salt in the water to prevent the shells cracking." ;
