Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portu--guese Colonies Siam, Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2,)d for the first oz. or fraction thereof, and lid for each snceeding oz, or fraction thereof.
