The conference of the General Confederation of Labor resolved that the peace formulas of President Wilson and the Russian revolution are those of the French working classes, recapitulating tiie Maximalist peace terms, with the addition of freedom of straits and seas, cmnpulsorv . international arbitration, and the formation of a league of nations. The Oonfeience also demands the. publication by the belligerent governments of the Russian peace terms as the only means of preventing a separate peace, also an early conference of workers of all countries.
