Roh&t Roberts’, - aged ; 61, an old resident, was'found lying unconscious in a liivery stables at Ashburton Into on Saturday evening.' He was taken to the hospital, where he died early this morning. It is alleged he had an argument with Hugh Holland, a well-known, farmer at Timvold, and then the later pushed him over, Roberts striking the back of his head on the asphalt. Holland was arrested yesterday, and charged this morning with murder.
