The largely-increased stakes have attracted horse-owners, and record entries have been received, and splendid fields are sure to result. Since its. last race-meeting the Club has still further added to its previous good accommodation for the public by extending the large grandstand for an additional forty feet, at tlie same time increasing the size of the ladies' cloak-room and luncheon room. A ladies' room has also boon provided in the outside stand, which has been placed on a new site and now comamnds what is really one of 'the best views obtainable of the course.and straight. Patrons can confidently count upon getting' their money on and off the machine' with a minimum of delay and discomfort.
