Professor Reisslusanne brought from Servia a quantity of explosive bullets found on the battlefield, there being several entire cases of Austrian dumdums abandoned during the flight.

Official: In the Caucasus we assumed the offensive in the Sarakamysh region, and defeated the Turkish advance guards all along the line. The enemy in the Van region, after a determined resistance, has fallen back, with serious losses, towards the Sar-ait-Assourlie line.
