A pretty wedding took place yesterday at Holy Trinity Church, when Bessie Gertrude, daughter of Gilbert Perrott, of Whangamomoua, was married to Mr Jens Albert Hansen, of the same place. The ceremony was performed by the Vicar (the Rev. C. W, Howard), and after leaving the church the bridal party were photographed at Mr J. McAllister’s studio. The happy pair left by the 3 o’clock tram for Wellington, where the honeymoon is being spent.
Mr Alfred Coleman, of Stratford, who has just passed his final law examination, is to he heartily congratulated on his success. He is wellknown as one of the smartest and most .reliable young business men in Taranaki, and at present holds several important public positions. He has been for some years a Fellow (by examination) of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, and is one of the few practising accountants in the Dominion who is also a fully qualified solicitor, probably the only one in this province.
