Hack Hurdles.—Capt.' Macky 1, Aratiatia 2, Merrie Guy 3. Scratched: Golden Water, Sir Donald, Okahu. Won easily by- three lengths. Time, 3min 32secs. >

The privileges* in connection with the Stratford Racing Club's, meeting on January Ist; and 2nd "were sold by "Mr Newton King on Saturday' last, the inside publican's booth realising £95, and the outside ( booth £63, Mr E. Crabtree, of the Coronation. Hotel, Eltham, being the purchaser in each case. . !
