THE STRATFORD SEAT. This afternoon the Returning Officer (Mr W. J. Reeve) was able to make known the result of the poll, which . shows that Mr J. B. Hine polled 2856, . and Mr W. H. Hawkins '2219, giving j Mr Hine a majority of 637. , There ' were 56 informal votes in a poll of jj 5131.
