(His Excellency the Governor in Counch WHEREAS it is deenied expedient; to approve the Stratford Lonu and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution for the purpose of section three of the Trustee Amendment Act, 1914: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of NewZealand, in pursuance and .>xeroise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the sa«d Dominion, doth hereby approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution with which, subject to the provision of the said Act. it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden by the instrument (if any) creating tie trust 11 to invest any trust funds in his hands on deposit at interest.
