Penalties. —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry 71h penalty, and for every additional race a further penalty of rib, or if he thinks fit, the handicapper may re-handicap the winner of any race after the declaration of weights. Owners shall be responsible for the accuracy of the weights to be carried by their'horses. (Rule Definition of a Hack (Hat and Hurdle Races).—No horse shall start in any Hack Flat Race which has at any time prior to the time of entry, won a race of the value of £l5O to the winner. or races to the aggregate value of £4OO to the winner, nor in any Hack Hurdle Race or Steeplechase which has at any time prior to the time of entry, won a race of the value ot ±llsO to the won a luoo v/i «- - - winner, or races of the aggregate value of £IOO to the winner.
