' At the Government House at Wol, r ng ton, tiiis second day of November, 19J - Present: His Excellency the Governor in Counci WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to approve the Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as a.i institution for the purpose of &eetioi three of the Trustee Amendment Act 1914: Now, therefore, His Excellency tin Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and i*xer3ise oi the power and authority conferred vp--011 him by the said Act, and acfcint by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the sa'd Dominion, doth hereby approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited), as an institution with which, subject to the provision of tin said Act. it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden by the instrument (if any) creating tne trust to invest any trust funds in his handon deposit at interest.
