Private advices report a rout of the Germans between the Vistula and Warta. Large bodies were surrounded and captured at Lowiez, the enemy abandoning their guns. Official: Fighting: on the Vistula and Warta continues obstinately, especially north of Lode. Everywhere the impetuous German attacks were repulsed. Russians captured 5000 Austrians at Owenstochawa, on the Cracow line. RUSSIANS CAIN BRILLIANT AND DECISIVE VICTORY. (Received 8.50 a.m.) Paris, November 24. Le Matin's Petrograd correspondent reports that after repulsing a counter-attack on tho Plock-Lenezyca line, the Russians gained a brilliant and decisive victory, the Germans fleeing towards the Prussian frontiers, the Russians closely pursuing.
