The Ngahere unexpectedly arrived from Wellington on Friday. She intended working Wanganui, but was unable to enter that port and so came on to Now Plymouth. She discharged her Wanganui cargo here on Saturday besides her local cargo, consisting chiefly of cement. She sailed at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday for Greymouth. 'I he Pukaki was expected to arrive from Wellington last night. To-day she will load dairy produce for Wellington. The Alexander is due early this morning from Westport with a cargo of coal.
