Pee Press Association. Wellington, November 17. At the Supreme Court, the re-trial of Herbert Charles Stoddart, on a charge of indecent behaviour, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. William'Amos Mullins was convicted on a charge of attempting to murder his wife by shooting her at his house in Clyde Quay on August 13th. Sentence was deferred.
