REBELS GIVEN CHANCE TO SURRENDER. United Press Association. : Capetown, November 11.. Official.—The rebels have been given until November 21st to surrender arms. The leaders are excluded from tIU amnesty. THE MARITZ FAMILY. WILL WIPE OUT THE STIGMA ON THE NAME. (Received 9.10 a.m.) Pretoria, November 12. • Six of the Marjtz family, all ~elatiV«s of the rebel leader, who are now serving with the Government forces, have published a letter in tie VoJkstem ,to Maritz stating that the family would shed their bloow in order to wipe out the stigma placed ipon their nartie. TERMS OF THE AMNESTY. (Received 9.10 a.m) . Capetown, November 12. The amnesty promises not to prosecute the surrendered according tb criminal, law, and will allow them to ft&iirn to their ‘homes.
