and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution for the purpose of section three of the Trustee Amendment Act, 1914 : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion ,of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of j the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent, of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve the said Stratford Loan and Deposit Company (Limited) as an institution with which, subject to the provision of the said Act. it shall be lawful for a trustee unless expressly forbidden by the instrument (if any) creating tno trust to invest any trust funds in his hands on deposit at interest. > J.
