PRESBYTERIAN MINISTER DIES IN A FEW MINUTES. [Pro Press Association.] Wellington, November 9 The Rev. E. C. Tennent, PmJ'-j----terian Minister at killed while motoring to Hiaakrrra. seventeen miles from Martinlwrough on Saturday afternoon. When dtiving from Hinakura, the car swerved into a ditch, and after proeeediit;* a few yards overturned, pinning the rev. gentleman to the groantl. Sir Walter Buchanan, M.P., v.no was motoring along the same load, saw the accident and went to the rescue arid relieved Mr Tennent, who wa* seriously injured, and died in a few minutes. Deceased, who formerly Minister at Port Chalmers, is survived by his wife and grown-up familv.
