SCHOONER STRUCK REEF ON UN* INHABITED ISLAND. PLAGUED WITH RATS. [Bt JtLEOTBic Telegraph— Oomion] United Press Association, j (Received 11.5 a.m.) Sydney, November 4. The Tofua brought six members «f the crew of the schooner St. Alexander, which was wrecked on a reef at an uninhabited island of the Tonga Group on September 28th. Al! landed safely. Captain Lorsuson and four men endeavored to reach Sura, and after five days reached Mago Island, covering 290 miles. From Mago Island they were taken to Sura, The others remained on the island for twenty-six days. There was ro fresh water, and they were plagued with thousands of rats. Eventually the Tofua rescued them ou October 24th*
