In the city alone twenty thousand, tradesmen and a hundred thousand belligerent aliens are detained. WITH THE AIRCRAFT. BOMB-DROPPING MONSTERS KILL INNOCENTS. (Received 8.45 a.m.) . Paris, October 30. Two German aeroplanes dropped bombs at Bethune. One fell on a group of women in the market place, killing* nineteen and wounding forty. Another dropped bombs at Dunkirk, killing a woman and a chiM, T!h* .bomb was loaded with lead bullets ao4 steel nails.
