INSURRECTION FIZZLED OUT. Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, October 21. The atetmpted rising in Portugal has, apparently, fizzled out. The insurgents at Mafra dispersed, ahandoning tbeir arms upon the arrival of a small force of regulars. The offices of the Monarchist papers in Lisbon were wrecked during the night.
