CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING. [Phe Pewm Association.] Auckland, October 15. The New Zealand golf championship meeting was continued to-day in dull weather. The second rounds of the New Zealand amateur championship and professional match were played. In the latter W. lies, last year's winner, was beaten to-day.' The four-ball bogey handicap was won by F. Kliss and S. Morpeth, while the tie in the bogey handicap between four competitors was played off. Another tie resulted between A. I). S., Duncan and J. B. Lusk, and it was decided that each should take a trophy. The tie in the inter-club challenge vase was

played off, and was won by Auckland.
