Portuguese sympathy with England is daily increasing.
Reuter has been informed that Portugal is prepared to assist Britain whenever and wherever necessary.
"Reuter reports that the Portuguese Government orders a partial mobilis-ation'to-morrdw. Martial law has been proclaimed in Portuguese Congo.
