Millert;nd (Minister for War), .as follows: "Never have the imperishable military virtues, rthat for so many centuries -havehuihVup the strength .of our race .and "greatness of . our country bloomed more completely than in this war: "A. sight of the magnificent troops is a living synthesis.' of 'national energy and awakens the most glorious recollections of our history."
