United Press Association. (Received L 45 p.m.) London, October 8. Renter states that it is unknown whether the bombardment of the city oi Aiitw'erp-h'as begun. Dutch correspondents variously give the time fixed by tho German ultimatum. Fifty thousand have left, most of whom have gone to Holland.
