BERNARD'S PICTURES. The programme screened last night featured a most sensational dramatic picture, “A Fight for a Fortune.” This picture contains many wonderful ■scenes, one of which shows the villain trying to escape in a balloon witli iiis horse. The horse is tifed to the basket for weight, and is seen floating many feet from the earth. For a first-rate detective drama it will be hard to beat. Another line picture is that of “Scenes in Northern Italy.” The scenes are.natural color, showing old castles, beautiful river scenes, huge mountains, villages, etc. These pretty scenes of all countries are always appreciated. The supporting programme is really good. Gaurnont Graphic, , “The Inscription” drama (very good). The comics are Polidor and the See-Saw,” “How Burke and Burke made Good,” and a Keystone, “Bathing Beauty.” The orchestra is worth hearing as usual. THE WONDERFUL STORY Of: OUR EARTH.
