London, September 30 (8.35 p.m.) Paris reports that on the left wing an action is developing further north. The enemy delivered a vigorous attack on Tracy Le Mont, which has been repulsed with loss. From llheinis to the Meuse no change has taken place. In Woevre there has been severe fighting on the right wing, but the position is unchanged.
