'n.ntly mine this morning. As far as is known, only one body, ctat of William Smith, deputy G 3 tears, married, is now beio'^ John Jackson, 20 years, i one of the three injured men : ncen to the Waikato hospital, died r'lis morning.
The other injured man, Alfred * 'tkham, junr., shows slow recovery Young Jackson's death makes .thfe i,[>. rd victim in the Jackson family - a father and two sons.
Altogether, forty bodies havo bee 1 u'Ccveredj there have been two deaths at the hospital, and one is 'ill entombed.
The inquest on the victims opened at midday to-day before Mr RawsoU, 5? M.
U- Macasey, crown prosecutor, repiesents the Crown and Mr Tunks is present on behalf of the Company , Professor Dixon is expected to arrive at noon.
