REMOVAL OF JEWISH DISABILITIES. ("Received 8.30 a.m.) . Pstrograd, September 7.
It is officially announced that Jews •will he admitted to commission in the army and navy. Already ral hundred Jews in the ranks hr ■ been promoted to commissions by an Imperial decree for distinction at Lamherg. Most of the anti-Semitic newspapers applaud the decision of the State. The removal of civil law restrictions will follow in due course.
