ALLEGED WARNING WORDS OB

THE MOSLEM PERIL.

(Received 9.30 a.m.) Loudon, September 7.

One of the most remarkable fabrications that the German newspapers have published is a long speech professedly by Mr John Burns at Albert Hall, warning the Government of ike Moslem peril in Egypt and India, prophesying the disruption of the Empire.
