STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf 'by section 119 oi “Tne Counties Act, 1903,” the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of defraying the cost of repairing and improving the Hastie Road, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hastie Road Separate Rating District comprising subs. 5 to 13 inclusive, and half each of subs. 1 and 2 of section 76a, block 1., Ngaire S.D. Such rate to be for the year ending 31st March, 1915, and to be payable in oiic sum on the 16th September, 1914, at the County Office, Stratford. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 16th September, 1914, and shall take effect from and on that date.
