PRINCE LSPPE’S FATAL ERROR LEADS TO SUICIDE.

After many adventures, Lady Redmond West arrived in England. She states that Prince Lipp© commanded a, cavalry regiment which nearly annihilated another German regiment at Liege. When the morning came, ho discovered his error, and then shot himself rather than face tke Kaiser’s wrath.
