FORCES CONCENTRATING AND COAST DEFENCES STRENTHENED.

Rome, August 16

The correspondent of the New York World reports that two hundred thousand Italians are concentrating between Mantua, Verona, Peschiera and Lugano, in the northern districts.

The whole Garrison of Bologna has left for Udine.

The port of Venice is mined, and the defences of Brindisi have been

strengthened.
