REPORTED GERMAN SUCCESSES ON RUSSIAN FRONTIER. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Tho Hague, August 11. Tho German Legation stated that German forces drove back the Russian frontier forces, destroyed a cavalry brigade at Soldau, and scattered a division near Insterburg. East Prussia is now free of the enemy. German losses were slight. • Tehenstochow, Katisb, Willnn, Kib barty and other Russian frontier places have been occupied by the Germans, whom the Poles cheered. The Russians have evacuated Russian Poland.
