FRENCH RESTRICTIONS UPON DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. Paris, August 12. The Government has forbidden the publication of the numbers of casualties or the names of the killed and wounded. The Government has opened a bureau,- whore 1 the relatives are merely told whether a soldier has been killed or wounded without giving the place or the day when ho fell.
