ARREST OF GERMANS IN NEW ZEALAND. Wellington, August 10. Several German reservists have been arrested in New Zealand and placed in charge of the police. Two were arrested in Wellington yesterday. “JUST THE SORT OF MEN WE WANT.” Wellington, August 10. General Godley stated last night ' that he saw the men being enrolled, and should like to say that they are an extremely serviceable and usefullooking lot. They are just the sort we want, he said, and I am quite sure they will give a good account of themselves. General Godley stresses the point that it would be of great value to the Force if 23 motor lorries capable of carrying 30 tons were donated. THE SPECIAL ARMY RESERVE CALLED OUT.
