SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATES. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 1-20 p.m.) London, July 30. Mr Lloyd George issued supplementary estimates amounting to £1,893,225, including £943,100 on account of national insurance, mostly in aid of women’s societies, which wore threatened with insolvency.
