THE STRIKE IN RUSSIA.
ARREST OF STRIKE LEADERS.

Employees at the Government's Obukhoff gun factory are joining the I strike, many being terrorised into ! joining. In the collisions with the police occurring throughout Wednesday it is estimated that twenty were killed and a hundred wounded. A thousand assembled at the Imperial porcelain factory and stoned the windows.
Eight thousand shipbuilders at Nikollefr struck and sang revolutionary songs. Several were wounded in collision with troops. The police arrested thirty of the strike committee, including the editorial staffs of two Tabor newspapers.
M. Poincare witnessed a review of 'sixty thousand troops at Tsarskoeselo, and left for Stockholm. His visit was overshadowed by the strike riots. THE SITUATION EASIER. (Received 9.5 a.m.) St. Petersburg, July 25. At Viborg, the factories and Government dockyards are to be closed for a fortnight. The situation generally is easier, and many small businesses have reopened.
Disorders in the suburbs were renewed. Two restaurants were de'mqlished, and there have been several conflicts between Cossacks and rioters, many of the latter being wounded.
