WOMAN WITH A HORSEWHIP. ATTEMPTED INCENDIARISM. (Received 9.0 a.m.) London, July 15; A suffragette who slashed the Rt. Hon. T. £1 OR FOURTEEN DAYS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) London, July 15. Janette Wallace and Bertha Watson were fined £1 or fourteen days for horsewhipping Mr Mackinnon Wood. The prisoners were removed struggling violently.
