NAVAL MOBILISATION.

A BRITISH TEST. (Received 9.0 a.m.) London, July 15. As a test of mobilisation of the Naval Reserve, 16,000 mustered in 493 ships in Home waters, being fully commissioned. Of these 216 will assemble at the Spithead review.
