TN pursuance and exercise of the ■*- powers vested in it by section 16 of ''The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Whangamomona Township (Ohura Road) Special Rating Area in the County of Whangamomona hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the capital value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the pro-
perties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows: For the purpose of metalling the Ohura Road from its junction with the "Whangamomona Road to the Whangamomona stream. The Whangamomona County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £IOO at 4% per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and a-half years, ' and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and tlio first year's interest on the loan shall be, payable out of the moneys so raised. The Whangamomona County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £I4OO at 41 per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and a-balf years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
